2. Products & Services

Sunchaser Energy Systems provides solar energy solutions including but not limited to solar panel installation, inverter supply, battery backup systems, net metering / prosumer application support, and maintenance services. Catalogue items on this website are indicative and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance. Prices shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are indicative; applicable taxes, duties and final commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation or contract.

3. Quotes, Orders & Payment

This website supports enquiry and quotation requests. A submitted form or chat request is not an automatic online checkout order. Binding commercial terms are confirmed in a written quotation or contract. Payment methods (for example bank transfer or other methods agreed in writing) are stated in that quotation or contract.

• Orders and installations proceed only after verification and written confirmation by our team
• Prices and availability are subject to change until confirmed in writing
• Full payment or an agreed advance is required before installation begins, as stated in the quotation or contract
• Bank transfer or other payment details are provided upon confirmation

4. Installation & Delivery

Survey, delivery and installation timelines are confirmed after reviewing the site, equipment availability and project scope. Delivery availability and charges are confirmed in the quotation based on location, equipment and project scope.

• Customer must provide safe and accessible roof/ground space for installation
• Any structural modifications required will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding
• Weather, access constraints and material lead times may affect schedules

5. Warranty & Returns

Warranty coverage varies by the exact brand and model. Manufacturer product, performance, inverter and battery warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, exclusions and registration requirements. Any Sunchaser workmanship coverage is separate. Final warranty details are stated in the quotation or contract. Manufacturer warranty does not mean immediate replacement in every case.

• SKU pages may list manufacturer warranty periods for that product only
• Package systems use component-specific warranty terms confirmed in the final quotation
• Warranty claims follow the manufacturer’s and/or contract process with proof of purchase where required

Returns for unused, unopened catalogue goods (where offered) follow the terms stated in the relevant quotation or contract. Custom-ordered or installed products are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

6. Net Metering

Sunchaser Energy Systems assists customers with net metering applications and documentation. However, approval of net metering connections is subject to the policies and decisions of the relevant electricity distribution company (DISCO) and regulatory authorities. We do not guarantee approval of net metering applications. Processing times and requirements may vary by region and are subject to change by regulatory authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sunchaser Energy Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question. We are not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, power surges, improper use, or unauthorized modifications to installed systems.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sunchaser Energy Systems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
