2. Products & Services

Sunchaser Energy Systems provides solar energy solutions including but not limited to solar panel installation, inverter supply, battery backup systems, net metering assistance, and maintenance services. All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment methods accepted include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and other methods as specified during checkout.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Full payment or agreed advance is required before installation begins
• Bank transfer details will be provided upon order confirmation

4. Installation & Delivery

Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on site conditions, weather, and material availability. Our team will conduct a site survey before providing a final installation timeline. Standard delivery and installation terms include:

• Site survey within 48 hours of order confirmation
• Installation typically completed within 3-7 working days after site survey
• Customer must provide safe and accessible roof/ground space for installation
• Any structural modifications required will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding
• Delivery charges may apply for locations outside Lahore metropolitan area

5. Warranty & Returns

All products sold by Sunchaser Energy Systems come with manufacturer warranties as specified on each product page. Our warranty terms include:

• Solar panels: 12-year product warranty + 25-30 year performance warranty (varies by manufacturer)
• Inverters: 2-5 year warranty depending on brand and model
• Batteries: 2-5 year warranty depending on type and manufacturer
• Installation workmanship: 1 year warranty
• Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened and undamaged products only. Custom-ordered or installed products are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approved return.

6. Net Metering

Sunchaser Energy Systems assists customers with net metering applications and documentation. However, approval of net metering connections is subject to the policies and decisions of the relevant electricity distribution company (DISCO) and regulatory authorities. We do not guarantee approval of net metering applications. Processing times and requirements may vary by region and are subject to change by regulatory authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sunchaser Energy Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question. We are not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, power surges, improper use, or unauthorized modifications to installed systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sunchaser Energy Systems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
